Yes, Muatta Malik is an authentic hadith book. In the sight of many scholars it is one of the most sixth authentic books of Hadith which are known as Siha-e-Sitta.
2. Permanent birth control is not allowed in Islam because it is making change in human physiology which is strictly prohibited in Islam as Allah Almighty says in the Glorious Quran ˇ°So, set your face to the Faith uprightly, this (faith) being the nature designed by Allah on which He has created the mankind. There is no change in Allahˇ®s creation. That is the straight faith, but most of the people do not know.ˇ± [Surah Room ¨CAyah:30]
In some unavoidable condition it is allowed such as woman has gone through multiple abdominal operations, if she further gets pregnancy then her life would in danger.
3. The awrah (the parts which must be covered) of a woman to Mahram are from beneath of breast to the knee. That means it is not necessary for a woman to hide head, face, breast, calf and arm before a Mahram if there is no any sort of sexual desire (shahwat) in any side. [Raddul Muhtar-6/367]
Nephew is among maharim as the Glorious Quran says: ˇ°ˇand must wrap their bosoms with their shawls, and must not expose their adornment, except to their husbands or their fathers or the fathers of their husbands, or to their sons or the sons of their husbands, or to their brothers or the sons of their brothers or the sons of their sisters,ˇˇ± So, if there is no shahwat in any side then above mentioned cloth is allowed for an ant before her nephew but if there is any sort of fear to get shahwat then it is not allowed.
And Allah knows
