17 Sept, 2022: A Convocation Ceremony was held at ARTDC (Ajmal Rural Technology & Demonstration Centre), Padumphukuri, Hojai on 17th September, 2022. This ARTDC is an NCVT affiliated Industrial Training Centre. In the convocation ceremony, NCVT trade certificates were distributed among the successful candidates who appeared in the All India Trade Test – 2022 (AITT-2022) conducted by NCVT, DGT, Govt of India. Moreover, top three trainees from the trades of Electrician, Wireman & Fitter were awarded with a certificate of appreciation and a momento for their achievements. The top percentage secured by a trainee is 96.50%. The program was chaired by Dr S.H. Chowdhury, President, Markazul Ma’arif. Dr. Rajat Goswami, HOD Chemistry Dept, Lumding College graced as Chief guest. While Mrs M.B. Goswami, Lecturer, Diphu College addressed the Convocation as Guest of Honour. Also Dr. Imran (Hydrabad) was attended the programme as a Guest.
Mr. Khalilur Rahman Laskar, General Secretary, Markazul Maarif & Mr. Jamal Uddin, Manager, Markazul Maarif also attended the event. Engineer Shahraj Ruhani, Principal, ARTDC on behalf of all his staff conveyed his heartfelt gratitude to all the guest for making the convocation ceremony a successful one. He also thanked the Management of Markazul Maarif for their continued support to this ITI and also congratulated all the successful students and wished them all the best for their future endeavours. Principal also took the opportunity to thank Directorate General of Training, Govt of India for giving the ITI’s the opportunity to conduct the convocation ceremony which is really a moral booster for the trainees.
