On the occasion of 72nd Van Mahotsav Markazul Ma’arif organised a massive plantation, awareness cum sapling distribution program at Sankardev Nagar, Hojai on 1st July, 2022. Deputy Commissioner, Hojai Mr Anupam Chowdhury and V.C. of Rabindranath Tagoor University Dr Amalendhu Chakrabarty graced the event. Dr S H Chowdhury, Working President, MMH addressed the gathering with facts and figures and mentioned what Markazul Ma’arif did to save environment in last three decades. According to Dr. Chowdhury, Markazul Ma’arif planted and distributed more than 1.26 lacs of trees & saplings all over Assam. Both the DC and the VC appreciated the initiative taken by Markazul Ma’arif, Hojai. The Purpose of the meeting was explained by Mr Khalilur Rahman Laskar, General Secretary, MMH. Mr Jamal Uddin, Deputy Manager and Mr. Mosrul Chowdhury played major roles to organise the event successfully.
